Signing in to ATB Invoicing

ATB Invoicing uses your standard ATB business credentials—the same ones you use for other ATB business services. This guide walks you through the step-by-step sign-in process and helps resolve common login issues.

Before you begin ensure you have:

  • Active ATB Business Online access: Ensure you have an active ATB Business login. If you don't have access yet, contact your ATB business banker to get onboarded.
  • Completed first-time setup: If your company is using ATB Invoicing for the first time, your Account Administrator must log in first to complete the initial setup. Sub-users cannot perform the initial onboarding.

Step 1: Open the sign-in page

  1. Go to the ATB Invoicing website
  2. Click Sign In in the top right corner.

Step 2: Sign in with your ATB credentials

  1. Click Sign in with ATB Business. You will be redirected to the secure ATB identity portal.
  2. Enter your business email address and password, then complete any multi-factor authentication (MFA) prompts.
  3. Once your identity is verified, you will be redirected back to ATB Invoicing.
    • First-time visitors: You will be guided through a short onboarding setup.
    • Returning users: You will go straight to your main dashboard.

Troubleshooting & common issues

    • Cause: The sign-in service may be temporarily down, or your browser is blocking the redirect.
    • Solution: Refresh the page, try an incognito/private browser window, or switch to a different web browser.
  • Unable to log in:
    • Cause: Forgotten password or username
    • Solution: If you are having trouble with your ATB Online credentials, visit the Signing In & Security section on the ATB Online support page to learn how to recover your details.
  • Error message after signing in:
    • Cause: If you are a sub-user, your Account Administrator may not have completed the initial account setup yet.
    • Solution: Have your Account Administrator log in first to finish onboarding the business.
